Step 2. We need about 48 hours to prepare the shoes for Quality Check and our client advisor will offer you the Quality Check pictures and video before shipping.

Step 3. If you don’t satisfy with it, we will refund your money. If you satisfy with it, we will arrange the shipping to you. 

Step 4. Our client advisor will keep you updated with the shipping information. It takes about 5-9 workdays to receive the order.

You’ll receive the tracking number within 2-4 days via SMS&E-mail after payment done.

Transit and Customs-clearance need 7-9 days, it is normal that track number not update in the meaning time. Pls. don’t worry, your item is on the way to you.

1.You can cancel the order before we ship it.

2.For orders that have been shipped that need to be cancelled, we will charge at least $10 as a fee for intercepting the goods. And it can only be cancelled within 24 hours after package sent out.

Our warehouse is located in Hong Kong, and the shipment is shipped from Hong Kong. But it may have multiple transit points.

Due to understaffing and ever-changing inventory, we are currently unable to manage inventory quantities accurately. We may not proactively notify for products that can be restocked in the short term. If you encounter a similar situation with your order, you have the option of replacing it with an equivalent product at the same price, or canceling your order.

We are using the available fastest shipping option, although we would like to make it faster, but there is no a bunch of available carriers.

AFTER SALE

  • Within 7 days since parcel(s) delivered. (Package need to be returned in good condition)
  • The item has serious quality problems.
  • Size error (Caused by us, and we’llbe responsible for the return fee)
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
  • The returns will be made at your own cost.
  • Please make sure the condition is well, There must be no peculiar smell, smudges, or severe creases that may affect secondary sales.
  • Return using the regular post office,like USPS, UPS,FedEx.
  • We will give you a refundor reship after we receive the goods.
  • Please contact us and our customer service representative to get the return address via WhatsApp, email, etc. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
  • Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and CONTACT US right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
  • If you place an order and decide to cancel it for any reason BEFORE we ship them out, we will give you 100% of your money back. But, once the shoes are shipped, we do not accept cancellations at all,if have to,  the logistic company would charge at least $15 or more, the fee is not fixed it will be depends.
