In the same vein as the “Evolution of Icons” pack introduced quite a bit ago, the pair adapts many of the same features employed on Air Maxes past. But here, in stark contrast, the upper is packed much closer to the brim with little Easter Eggs, some dating as far back as almost two decades ago. And these can range from extremely subtle uses of blue and orange color to more overt swatches of pattern. Certain mudguards stand out in the same “Lunar Landing” graphic prepared about seven years ago, while others prefer the louder luxury of a tanned snakeskin and the fighter jet influences of the “Warhawk” Air Max 90. Elsewhere, silver metallic, textured blacks, Safari print, and much, much more fills in the blanks.
